Our Founder & CEO

Thomas Jones

Tom was born and raised in Massachusetts with a lifelong passion for content creation. In 2015, he founded Drone Home Media as a one-man show providing drone and photography services for realtors.

Since then, he has grown DHM into a full-service media company, expanding its offerings, building a strong team, and pushing the company toward a more modern, content-driven approach to real estate marketing. His focus on quality, consistency, and innovation continues to shape the direction of the business today.

Tom Ludemann

VP, Connecticut

Tom has played a key role in the company's growth since being it's first hire almost 10 years ago, and now leads DHM's expansion into the Connecticut and Western Massachusetts markets. With a strong background in marketing and video production, he brings a strategic, results-driven approach to every project.

Lothar Gloss

VP of Operations

Lothar joined DHM as a photographer and quickly became involved in the management and operations of the company. As VP of Operations, he focuses on day-to-day workflows, supporting different teams, and scaling the business. Lothar plays a key role in driving consistency, quality, and growth across the business.
