Drone Home Media provides professional real estate and lifestyle media solutions, including but not limited to:
Photography and videography services (ground and aerial)
Drone imaging and video production
Floor plan and virtual tour creation
Real estate marketing materials
Social media management and advertising services
Creative direction, editing, and post-production
Consulting and brand strategy support
All projects are defined by specific client agreements, estimates, or proposals that outline the deliverables, timeline, and pricing.

A $100 setup fee applies to new client onboarding and account activation for monthly marketing clients.
For one-time projects, full payment is due upon delivery of final assets unless otherwise stated.
For subscription or ongoing social media management services, invoices are billed on a monthly basis, with payments due within 30 days of receipt.
We reserve the right to withhold delivery of content until payment is received in full.
Accepted payment methods include credit card or other approved methods indicated on your invoice.
A 5% late fee per month may be applied to overdue balances after 30 days.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled shoot to avoid fees.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation charge $75 of the total booking amount.
“No-show” appointments will be billed $75
Weather-related reschedules are permitted without penalty if deemed unsafe or impractical for aerial or exterior work. Drone Home Media retains the right to make this determination.
Clients are encouraged to notify us as early as possible for any scheduling conflicts.

Standard delivery times are 1 business day for photography and 3–7 business days for video content, depending on project complexity.
Custom editing, branding, or revision requests may extend turnaround times.
Deliverables are provided digitally via an online delivery system, such as Aryeo or Dropbox.
All files are provided in industry-standard digital formats (JPEG, MP4, etc.) suitable for online and print use.
Storage of project files is not guaranteed beyond 90 days after delivery; please download and back up your assets promptly.

Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate project details and contact information.
Ensuring properties or locations are accessible, clean, and photo-ready at the scheduled time.
Securing necessary permissions or permits for filming and photography.
Informing Drone Home Media of any property restrictions, hazards, or privacy concerns prior to the shoot.
Reviewing and approving proofs or drafts in a timely manner.
Delays, reshoots, or additional costs caused by property inaccessibility, unprepared conditions, or misinformation are the client’s responsibility.

Each media project includes one (1) round of minor revisions (color correction, small edit adjustments, or caption edits) unless specified beforehand.
Additional revisions beyond this round will be billed at the current hourly editing rate.
Requests that involve significant rework, reshoots, or creative changes not originally scoped will be treated as new projects and priced accordingly.
Revision requests must be submitted within five (5) business days of initial delivery.

All drone operations are conducted in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations.
Flights are subject to weather, airspace restrictions, and safety considerations.
Drone Home Media reserves the right to cancel or modify operations at any time if conditions are unsafe, noncompliant, or restricted by law.
Clients are responsible for securing property owner permission and ensuring flight zones are clear of people, animals, and obstructions.

Drone Home Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of its services, website, or delivered media.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service or project in question.
We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control, including website downtime, delivery system errors, or third-party platform interruptions.

Drone Home Media will treat all client materials, project information, and business data as confidential and will not share such information without client consent, except as required by law.
Clients agree not to disclose proprietary pricing, methodologies, or creative materials belonging to Drone Home Media.

Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice.
Clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
Prepaid services or retainer fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Not to use the site for unlawful or malicious purposes.
Not to attempt to access restricted systems or interfere with the site’s functionality.
That all website content (images, videos, text, graphics) is the property of Drone Home Media and may not be reproduced without permission.

Drone Home Media reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the date of the latest revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, State of Massachusetts, and State Rhode Island without regard to conflict of law principles.
